Responsibilities:responsible for daily work such as authority secretarial matters, confidential information, files, administration and logistics, etc.; responsible for organization and coordination of major events and important meetings, and supervision of matters decided; comprehensively coordinate agencies’ working relationship between various departments; responsible for financial management of the agency and financial supervision on directly subordinate enterprise and public institutions; responsible for cadres contingent building and organ establishment management of the agency and directly subordinate units, responsible for reviewing, reporting groups of going abroad (border) and Political Records Examination; responsible for management services of retired personnel of the agency; responsible for undertaking the municipal trade promotion working conferences and organizing other professional meetings and membership representative conferences; responsible for information collection, consolidation, transfer, tracking and publishing; responsible for construction, service and maintenance of branch information websites; responsible for information edition and providing consultation service on foreign economic situation and international market dynamics; guide the information services and network construction of CCPIT Sub-Council and county-level Chamber of Commerce.
