Responsibilities： Responsible for daily work such as authority secretarial, confidential information, confidential files, administration and logistics, etc.; responsible for major events, organization for important meetings the and coordination, and supervision of matters decided; comprehensively coordinate agencies’ working relationship between various departments; responsible for financial management and directly subordinate financial enterprises; responsible for cadre establishment and management of offices and directly subordinate units, responsible for auditing, reporting groups of going abroad (border) and Political Records Examination; responsible for management services of from the (back) off workers; responsible the approval guidance, coordination for CCPIT branches and CCOIC of the city and county, organize business exchanges of the branches; responsible for the development, management and services of the member units; hole or organize trade-related business training programs, seminars, business tours, business negotiations, and technology exchange activities for various organizational units; host city's CCPIT meetings or other professional conferences and organization work; responsible for daily work of Executive Council of the International Chamber of Commerce; conduct private affairs service center
