Chen Yirong, male, born in Feb 1963 in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, master. He joint the CPP in Sep, 1993. He worked as the director of Ningbo Traffic Committee, depute section chief of Industry and Traffic Science Section under Ningbo Government, and depute director of Major Activities Office under Ningbo Government (Exhibition Work Office). Since Dec, 2012, he has been the vice lead of Ningbo CPIT and the member of Party Committee.
