Responsibilities：Responsible for daily work of the Secretariat of Mediation Center of CCPIT, receiving and mediating foreign trade (Marine) disputes; host agencies of arbitration and litigation for cases involving foreign economic and trade, take charge of legal adviser and non-litigation legal affairs; accept and coordinate complaints of foreign-invested enterprises; provide legal services related to foreign economy and trade, organize law affairs training, seminars and exchange activities; develop the local foreign economic and trade laws and regulations; handle law affairs of trade-related intellectual property; undertake the work of application, change, renewal and transfer of registration for export trademarks of overseas companies and foreign enterprises; responsible for issuing certificates for origin of export goods, processing and assembly certificate and re-export certificate; handle all kinds of foreign trade certification documents, issue international business documents for the international sale of goods, foreign investment, introduction of technology and equipment, setting up abroad offices, foreign bidding, contracted projects, providing services and technology, abroad product registration, trademark and patent registration; undertake issuing of ATA Carnet; responsible for leadership and management work of visa agent point for certificate of origin of the city’s trade promotion system; organize relevant business training, seminars and exchange activities; undertake product quality certification.
