德国石荷州经济技术促进中心

德国石荷州是德国最北端，也是德国唯一一个地跨两大海的联邦州。

石荷州紧靠德国第一大港汉堡。汉堡的机场即属于石荷州。州内很多地区均有地铁直达汉堡市中心，州内高速公路遍布，基础设施完善，是通往北欧和欧洲新兴市场的桥梁。以汉堡为中心的石荷州区域是德国的传统贸易区。

德国石荷州经济促进中心是由州经济、技术、交通部和州工商会出资成立的官方的服务性机构，为所有的石荷州企业对华经贸及中国企业对德经贸提供免费的信息咨询服务。

1986年德国石荷州和浙江省建立了友好省州关系，1996年德国石荷州经济促进公司杭州办事处成立。1999年石荷州杭州代表处开设了“联合代表处”的计划，为石荷州的企业开拓中国市场提供服务。2001年杭州办事处在各地市经贸局和贸促会的帮助下，为中国企业走出去，在德国石荷州成立分支机构提供免费的咨询服务。2004年，杭州办事处成立了“石荷州企业中心”，借此石荷州州内的企业可以自由聘请中国员工单独为他们开拓市场服务。

德国石荷州经济技术促进中心的免费服务的内容包括：

1．提供中国市场需求信息，帮助中方企业寻找德方设备和技术供货厂家

2．帮助德国公司在华寻找产品供货商、产品代理商、技术贸易合作伙伴

3．组织研讨会、产品推荐会、合作洽谈会，帮助有关机构组织培训班及人员培训

4．帮助德国企业参加在华展览、安排企业在华个别考察、帮助企业进行市场调查

5．协助安排中国企业去石荷州考察、赴德设立分支机构、投资办厂等

6．协助解决赴德商务签证及居留许可

7．提供石荷州各地投资政策和投资补贴政策，提供融资渠道等

Business Development and Technology Transfer of Schleswig-Holstein

Schleswig-Holstein is Germany’s northernmost federal state and is situated between the North and Baltic Sea.

Schleswig-Holstein surrounds the city of Hamburg, the largest harbour of Germany. The airport of Hamburg is located in Schleswig-Holstein. There are many urban and underground trains running through the city centre of Hamburg. Many highways connect Schleswig-Holstein with its neighbors. In the Eastern direction it is Eastern Europe, to the North it is the Scandinavian Peninsula, to the South it is Southern Europe and to the West it is France and England. It is characterized by its well-located geographical position. The city of Hamburg, and Schleswig- Holstein is the traditional German international trade center.

The Business Development and Technology Transfer of Schleswig-Holstein is a private sector service company with financial support from the federal state’s Ministry of Economic Affairs, Employment and Transport as well as the Chamber of Commerce of the State of Schleswig-Holstein. We provide services free of charge for all companies in Schleswig-Holstein interested in doing business with companies in china and for Chinese companies in Zhejiang Province interested in doing business with companies in Schleswig-Holstein.
