2019年11月27日，美国Extang Corporation and Laurmark Enterprises,Inc.d/b/a BAK根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定轻型卡车车斗的可折叠盖板（Certain Pick-Up Truck Folding Bed Cover Systems andComponents Thereof）侵犯了其专利权。
美国Tyger Auto Inc. of Rialto, CA、中国Cixi City Liyuan Auto Parts Co.Ltd.of China、香港特别行政区Hong Kong Car Start Industries Co.of China为列名被告。
